2 lg pieces tenderized round steak (or 3-4 lb stew meat)
2 onions sliced in rings
2 beef bouillon cubes
2 cans mushrooms,drained.
12 oz tomato paste
1/2 c flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
16 oz sour cream
bag of egg noodles

Directions:
If using round steak, trim fat and cut into bite sized pieces. Mix flour, salt and pepper in a bowl. Roll pieces of stew meat or round steak in flour mixture and put into a large frying pan with hot oil. Fry until brown. Put browned meat in the bottom of a dutch oven. Put sliced onion on top of meat. Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water ...pour over meat add enough water to cover. Add mushrooms and tomato paste. Cook on stove top and until it thickens. Cover and put in oven at 300 for 3 hours. Stir every half hour. Before serving make egg noodles according to package directions. Take meat mixture out of oven and stir in sour cream. Serve over noodles
