8 or 10" skillet or cake pan
Melt 4 Tbsp butter and place in skillet or pans
For every egg, use 1/3 cup flour and 1/3 cup milk, if you want to make smaller individual sizes.
If have several to feed, make up several pans, 4 fit nicely in the oven.

For each pan, I use 3 eggs.
So:
3 eggs
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
1 cap full vanilla

Optional: a little cubed ham, cooked and broken up bacon, shredded cheese, your preference.
a little fresh fruit.

Serve with warmed pancake syrup.

Preheat oven to 350 F.
Blend all ingredients well with a blender or whisk, the more air, the fluffier the babies are.
Pour this into pan, with melted butter in it. At this point you can sprinkle anything on it, fresh fruit,
small amount of cubed ham or broken up cooked bacon and shredded cheese.
Bake about 20 - 25 minutes, edges will be golden brown and the center will start to crack.
