16 oz box curly shells
cup bleu cheese
cup smoked gouda
cup sharp yellow cheddar
cup white cheddar
cup gruyere cheese
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup butter
4 cups whole milk
1/2 tsp salt
pepper to taste
1/4 cup panko crumbs

Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 and butter a 9x13 glass baking dish. Cook shells according to package directions and drain. In a large pot melt butter, add flour and stir. On low to medium heat gradually add milk whisking constantly. Add salt. Stir in 1/2 cup smoked gouda,1/2 cup sharp yellow cheddar, 1/2 cup white cheddar, 1/2 cup gruyere cheese, 1/2 cup bleu cheese until cheese is melted. Add the cooked noodles to the cheese mixture to coat. Add the noodle mixture to the baking dish. Mix the remaining cheese and bread crumbs together and sprinkle on top of the noodles. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until bubbling and golden brown. Remove from oven when done and rest for 5 minutes.
