36 bell peppers (9 red, rest green)
15 onions
10 hot peppers
4 c. sugar (half white, half brown)
1 T. salt
1 quart vinegar
1 pt. mustard

2 T cornstarch
c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Grind or food processer the peppers, onions and hot peppers.
place in large stock pot. add rest of ingredients except cornstarch and water.
Bring to a rolling boil and cook for 10 minutes. Stirring the whole time.
And add cornstarch mixed with water to dissolve.
Mixture will thicken, remove from heat and can hot.
