2 cups all purpose flour, sifted
1/4 tsp salt
2/3 cup butter
1 egg yolk
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts
3/4 cup sour cream
1 cup powdered sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla
2 Tbsp water

Directions:

Measure flour and salt into bowl; cut in butter. Stir in egg yolk and sour cream. Mix well. Shape dough into a ball and wrap in waxed paper; chill overnight.
Preheat oven to 350.
Divide dough into 3 parts. On lightly floured board, roll each piece into a 12-inch circle. Cut into 12 pie shaped wedges.
Blend cinnamon, sugar, and nuts in a small bowl.
Sprinkle each wedge with sugar mixture. Starting at wide edge, roll up. Place on greased baking sheet with point tucked underneath. Bake for about 8 to 10 minutes or until golden. Cool slightly, then frost with glaze.
