1 small garlic clove, smashed
salt
3Tb sour cream
3 Tb mayonnaise
1 Tb white wine vinegar
c buttermilk
ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle garlic with a pinch of salt and mash to a paste. In a bowl, whisk together garlic, sour cream, mayo, and vinegar. Whisk in buttermilk and season with pepper.

Blue cheese dressing: add 2 oz. crumbled blue cheese.
