For blackberry, dewberry, loganberry or raspberry jam, wash and crush berries, add cup water for each quart berries. Cook until heated through. If desired, sieve to remove the seeds. Add - 1 cup sugar to each cup berries, cook until thick. Seal in hot, sterilized glasses.
