2 - 3 lbs. spareribs, cut in 3"-4" lengths
1 tsp. fresh ground ginger
tsp. garlic powder
2 tsps. salt
1 large egg, beaten
cup cornstarch

Sauce:
3 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. cornstarch
tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. roasted sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Place ribs in wok or skillet with ginger, garlic powder and salt. Add sufficient water to cover ribs. Bring to a boil. Simmer for 30 minutes. Drain. Dip ribs in beaten egg. Dredge in cornstarch and fry until brown. In a saucepan, place honey, oil, garlic, salt and cornstarch mixed in cup water. Cook over medium heat until thick. Mix ribs in sauce. Heap ribs on shredded lettuce and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
