2 - 3 lbs. spareribs, cut in 3"-4" lengths
1 tsp. fresh ground ginger
½ tsp. garlic powder
2 tsps. salt
1 large egg, beaten
½ cup cornstarch

Sauce:
3 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. cornstarch
½ tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. roasted sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Place ribs in wok or skillet with ginger, garlic powder and salt. Add sufficient water to cover ribs. Bring to a boil. Simmer for 30 minutes. Drain. Dip ribs in beaten egg. Dredge in cornstarch and fry until brown. In a saucepan, place honey, oil, garlic, salt and cornstarch mixed in ½ cup water. Cook over medium heat until thick. Mix ribs in sauce, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
