Mix:
2/3 c. undiluted Carnation evaporated milk
1-2/3 c. sugar
½ tsp. salt

Mix in saucepan over low heat, bring to boil, cook 5 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat, add:

1-1/2 c. (16) medium diced marshmallows
1 tsp. vanilla
1-1/2 c. Bakers chocolate chips
½ c. chopped nuts


Directions:

Stir ½ minute until marshmallows melt. Pour into buttered 9 inch square pan. Cool, cut in squares.
