1 egg white
½ tsp. vanilla
¾ c. brown sugar
2 c. pecan halves


Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg white to soft peaks. Gradually add vanilla and brown sugar. Fold in pecan halves. Stir with spatula until well coated. Place 1 inch apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake 30 minutes in 250 degree oven. Let set 30 minutes to cool. Store in airtight container.
