1 can 15 oz. pumpkin puree
c. sugar
1 t. cinnamon
t. salt
t. ginger
t. nutmeg
2 eggs
1 can 12 oz. evaporated milk
1 unbaked 9" pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well and add to pie shell. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes.
Reduce temp. to 350 and bake for 40-50 minutes or until knife comes out clean when placed in center. Cool for 2 hours before serving. Top with whipped cream.
