1 egg
½ tsp. MSG (optional)
¼ tsp. salt
⅔ cup milk
¾ cup flour
2 large chicken breasts, cut in pieces

Sweet & sour sauce
2 cups water
1½ cups brown sugar
⅔ cup vinegar
2 tbsp. corn starch, heaping
¼ cup water
½ can pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
Mix egg, MSG, salt, milk and flour together in a bowl. Batter should be pancake consistency. Dip cut chicken pieces into batter until completely coated. Drop piece by piece into fryer and cook until golden brown. In a small saucepan add water, brown sugar and vinegar together and heat until it boils. Add cornstarch mixed with water and cook until thickened. Mix in pineapple. Remove from heat and pour over cooked chicken balls.
