For One Cocktail:
1 oz. tequila
1 oz. Grand Marnier
5 oz. apple cider

For the Glass Rim:
1 tsp. cinnamon, ground
3 tsp. sugar, granulated
orange wedge

Garnish options:
cinnamon stick
apple, slice (very thin)
orange, slice (very thin)
star anise

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cocktail ingredients in a pitcher. You can serve right away, but the cocktail tastes even better if you let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

While your cocktail is 'resting,’ combine the cinnamon and sugar. Place the mixture on a small plate. Wet the rim of your glass with a wedge of orange. Dip the wet rim of glass in the cinnamon sugar mixture.

Fill the rimmed glass with ice and the chilled cocktail mixture. Garnish with one, or a combination of the garnish options above.
