Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 (5½ oz.) can of Campbell's tomato juice (or other tomato juice)
10 dashes Worcestershire sauce
5 dashes Tabasco
½ lime, juiced
1 shot (or 2) vodka, your favorite
1 tsp. horseradish
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. black pepper, ground
1 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
1 tsp. kosher salt
1 jalapeño
2½ c. water
1 slice oven roasted thick cut bacon
splash beef stock (optional)
splash pepperoncini juice or olive juice (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
For Jalapeño Ice Cubes:
The night before, liquefy jalapeño with 2½ cups water in a blender. Fill an ice cube tray with mixture and freeze overnight.

For Bacon:
Preheat oven to 400º. Line a baking tray with foil and place thick cut bacon on top. Roast for about 15 minutes or until done. The bacon will be nice and straight and a perfect celery substitute.

For Bloody Mary:
Run a lime around the rim of the glass and then dip rim into a mixture of Old Bay and kosher salt. Add one or two jalapeño ice cubes, plus some regular ice cubes, lime juice, and vodka. Add tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, horseradish, celery salt, black pepper, and stir. Top with a splash of beef stock and/or pepperoncini juice if desired. Insert bacon slice and serve.
