3 c. ricotta cheese
2 eggs
1 jar (45 oz.) of Italian Sauce
3 c. mozzarella cheese
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 lb. ground beef
12 cooked lasagna noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Stir in the ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, and eggs in a medium bowl. Set aside. Cook the beef until well browned, pour off any grease then stir in the sauce. Spoon 2 cups of the beef mixture into a baking dish. Top with 4 noodles, half the cheese mixture, and half the mozzarella. Repeat the layers. Bake at 400º F for 30 minutes or until lasagna is hot. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
