1 pkg. Knox gelatin
1 pint heavy cream
4 eggs yolk
1 c. powdered sugar
½ tsp.vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve 1 pkg. Knox gelatin in ¼ c. cold water. Set this in hot water.

Whip 1 pint cream and set aside

Beat 4 eggs yolk, add 1 c. powdered sugar and vanilla. Add gelatin. Fold in cream.

Slice in thirds, prepared angle food cake and fill.

Refrigerate overnight.

Top with fruit.
