1 (3 - 4 lb.) arm/blade pot roast
¼ c. flour
2 tsp. salt
½ tsp. celery seed
⅛ tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
⅓ c. vinegar
¼ c. water
2 tbsp. brown sugar
¼ tsp. nutmeg
6-8 small whole onions
½ c. sliced celery

Directions:
Directions:
Coat pot roast in flour mixed w/salt, celery seed and pepper. Brown in vegetable oil, pour off drippings. Combine vinegar, water, sugar and nutmeg, pour over roast. Cover roaster tightly, and bake at 325º for 1½ hours. Add onions and celery and continue to roast for 1 to 1½ hours until roast is very tender.
