For Salad:
romaine lettuce (at least three hearts)
blue cheese crumbles to taste (optional)
hard boiled eggs, chopped (about four)
sunflower seeds to taste
1 lb. bacon, chopped then fried
avocado slices (optional)

For Dressing:
1 c. vegetable oil
½ c. sugar
¼ c. apple cider vinegar
⅓ c. ketchup
1 small onion, chopped
1 tbsp. Worchestershire

Directions:

Rinse romaine well. Chop up lettuce and top with all other salad ingredients. Whisk together all dressing ingredients and toss salad with the dressing. Make sure dressing is cold; it's best to make it a day before serving.

This salad is also pretty made with red or green leaf lettuce. The blue cheese crumbles and avocado are optional, but both taste so yummy with the dressing. The dressing keeps for a long time and is so good on just about everything!
