½ pound fresh sugar snap peas, strings removed
½ pound fresh snow peas, strings removed
1 cup frozen baby peas, thawed
3 Tbsp butter
Grated zest and juice of ½ orange
¼ tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Boil sugar snap peas in 2 quarts water for 1 minute. Add snow peas, boil for 2 minutes and drain. Plunge immediately into ice water to stop cooking process. Stir in baby peas. Melt butter in a large skillet, add orange zest and juice and bring to a boil. Add peas, saute until thoroughly heated and stir in salt.
