4 cup shredded zucchini
1 cup chopped onion
¼-½ cup butter
1/2 cup parsley flakes or chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp sweet basil
2 eggs well beaten
8 oz. (2 cups) shredded mozzarella cheese
8 oz. can crescent rolls
2 tsp mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Cook zucchini and onion in the butter until tender (about 10 mins). Stir in parsley and all the seasonings. In a large bowl blend the eggs and cheese. Stir in the vegetable mixture. Separate dough into 8 triangles. Place into ungreased 10 inch pie pan and press to form a crust. Spread crust with the mustard. Pour the vegetable mixture evenly into the crust. Bake for 20-25 mins at 350ºF until the crust browns.

So yummy! Like a deep dish pizza!
