1 box Post Raisin Bran cereal (15oz.)
1 cup oil
3 cups sugar
1 quart buttermilk
4 eggs beaten
5 cups flour
5 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons salt
(Add nuts if you like)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the dry ingredients together. Add eggs, buttermilk and oil. Put in muffin tins, sprinkle tops with sugar. Bake at 350º for 15-25 min.

Dough keeps great in refrigerator (About 2 months - I never kept it that long but that’s what the recipe says). This recipe is great for company - you can have fresh baked muffins every morning.
