1 egg, beaten
1 cup milk
Chicken, cut in pieces

Coating:
¼ cup salt
1 Tbsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. meat tenderizer
2 Tbsp. MSG (Monosodium glutamate)
¼ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. curry powder
½ tsp. onion salt
½ tsp, dry mustard
¼ tsp. allspice
¼ tsp. turmeric
¼ tsp. ground sage
¼ tsp. ground cloves
4 cups flour, sifted 3 times

Wash chicken in warm water. Dip in egg and milk wash. Drain then roll in coating mixture. Deep fry at 200ºF oven for 1½ - 2 hours. Store remaining coating in tightly covered container. Coating for 5 - 6 chickens.
