½ c. milk
¼ c. butter
⅛ tsp. salt
1 pkg. (6 oz) Nestles semi-sweet mint flavored chocolate morsels (1 cup)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 jar marshmallow cream (approx. 7 oz)
Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, combine the milk, butter, salt; bring just to a boil over moderate heat, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat. Add the chocolate mint morsels, and vanilla; stir until blended and smooth. Blend in the jar of marshmallow cream. Serve over ice cream or cake.
