2 (8½ oz.) boxes Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1 c. (2 sticks) butter, melted
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. onion finely chopped
1 box frozen chopped broccoli (10 oz.), thawed, excess water squeezed out

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Lightly grease a 9x13 baking pan. In a mixing bowl, combine corn muffin mix, butter, eggs, cottage cheese, onion and broccoli. Spread in baking pan and bake until cake tester comes out clean and edges are lightly browned, about 35 - 40 minutes. Cut into serving pieces.
