2c. white sugar
2c. water
2c. raisins
1c. butter
2tsp cinnamon

Part 2

2c. flour
2tsp baking soda
Pour into a greased and floured 13"x 9" pan or 18 cupcakes.. Bake at 350. Let cool.

Peanut Butter Icing
2T. butter
3T. peanut butter
1 1/4c. icing sugar
1t. vanilla
1t.cream
Mix and spread on cake.

Part 1
Place all the ingredients in a pot and cook 5 min. Let cool.

Part 2
Add the following:
Pour in 13" x 9" greased pan or 18 cupcake mold. Bake 350 for 25 min. ( cupcakes 17 min.)

Part 3
MIx and spread on the cake.
