½ c. fennel, diced small
½ c. Parmigiano-Reggiano, diced small
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 tbsp. olive oil (more if needed)
Salt and ground pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Trim and dice fennel (reserve some fronds for garnish) and Parmigiano-Reggiano into equal size and quantity. Mix together. Add crushed garlic clove. Drizzle with olive oil and salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle reserved fennel fronds on top for color.

Serve with cracker of your choice or endive leaves.
