2 packages (10 oz. each) frozen Raspberries in syrup
2 envelopes (2 T.) unflavored gelatin
⅓ cup Grand ½ liqueur
6 eggs at room temp.
¾ c. sugar
2 c. cream, beaten until stiff
1 cup grated chocolate (about 4 oz.)

1 crust:
1½ c. vanilla wafer crumbs
3 T. sugar
6 T. melted butter
½ c. semi sweet chocolate

Directions:
Directions:
In a large strainer, place over a saucepan, drain the raspberries. Set the fruit aside. Add the gelatin and Grand Marnier to the saucepan and stir until gelatin is softened. Over low heat, stir gelatin mixture until gelatin is dissolved. Set aside. Beat eggs with sugar until eggs are thick and lemon color, about 8 minutes. Beat in the gelatin mixture and whipped cream. Stir in the drained raspberries. Place mousse in prepared crust and chill until firm.

Crust:
Combine and pat in bottom and side of 10 inch spring form.
back at 350º for 8 minutes
Spread on bottom ⅛ c. semi sweet chocolate, return to oven. Cook for 1 minute
