1 Cup milk plus 2 Tablespoons dry buttermilk powder
1 large egg
2 Tablespoons butter
3 Tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 1/3 Cups flour
2 teaspoons dry yeast

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the dry ingredients together, and then add melted butter and milk. Combine the mixture until a smooth elastic dough forms. Grease a bowl and place the dough into the bowl and cover with plastic wrap, and let rise until double in size. Shape the dough into dinner rolls and put onto a greased pan. Cover and let rise again until rolls double in size. Bake at 350 until brown and hollow sounding when tapped on the bottom.
