1 carton of fresh kiwis (approx 6 medium- large size)
5-6 sweet oranges
2 cups soy milk
1 cup orange juice
cup orange zest
2 tablespoons of your favorite honey

Directions:
Directions:
Using citrus juice squeezer, squeeze oranges and set aside
Grate orange peels
Cut up kiwis into manageable small pieces
Combine all ingredients into blender
Pour in soy milk
Blend on low speed for 1 min or until fruits mixed well
Pour in orange juice slowly.
You can adjust liquid ingredients for thickness of smoothie

Substitution: You may use any variety or combination of your favorite fruits. You may also substitute the soy milk for yogurt for richness and thickness.
