2 egg whites
⅔ c. sugar
pinch salt
½ tsp. vanilla
6 oz. mini chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375° F. Beat egg whites at room temperature until stiff peaks. Add sugar and continue beating. Beat in salt and vanilla. Fold in chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. Put in hot oven but immediately turn off heat. Leave in oven 6 hours to overnight.
