1 lb. semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
4 T. unsalted butter
¾ tsp kosher salt
1½ c. walnuts or pecans, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Line an 8” x 8” baking pan with wax or parchment paper, leaving an overhang on two sides. In a double boiler (or heat proof bowl set over a saucepan of simmering water) heat the chocolate, condensed milk, butter and salt, stirring occasionally until smooth. Stir in nuts. Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared pan and chill, uncovered, until firm, at least 4 hours to three days. Run a knife around the edges of the pan to loosen the fudge. Using the parchment overhang, lift the fudge out of the pan. Cut into 64 1-inch squares. Serve chilled. Can be store up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
