1 c. pecans, chopped
12 whole graham crackers
1 c. packed brown sugar
2 T. heavy whipping cream
¾ c. butter
1½ tsp. vanilla
¼ tsp. kosher salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350° F. Bake the pecans in a single layer on a metal pan for 10-12 minutes until toasted, stirring halfway through. Line a 10” x 15” baking sheet with aluminum foil. Grease foil and arrange the graham crackers edge to edge in a single layer. In a medium saucepan bring to boil sugar, butter and cream, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and pecans. Pour and evenly spread mixture over crackers. Bake 10-11 minutes until lightly browned and bubbly. Immediately sprinkle with salt. Carefully transfer by lifting foil onto a wire rack, cool completely, cut into small square bars.
