1 c. raisins
1 c. water
1 c. butter flavored Crisco
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
¾ tsp. baking powder
1¾ c. rolled oats

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350° F. Cook together raisins and water until ¼ C liquid remains then strain raisins, saving liquid, and set both aside to cool. Cream Crisco and sugar, then mix in eggs. Mix in saved raisin liquid and vanilla. Add flour and baking powder. Gently mix in raisins and oats. Drop by teaspoons onto parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes, then cool on wire rack.
