½ cup chopped onion
½ cup diced celery
1 lb sausage
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1 (15 oz) can each of French sliced green beans, baked beans, lima beans and kidney beans
2 tbsp prepared mustard
¼ cup brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Sauté onion and celery in butter until cooked, then brown the sausage in the same pan.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and bake at 350º for at least an hour. You can cover this at first, then
uncover for the last 15 minutes or so until the sauce has a nice glaze consistency to it and the
edges are browned.
**This can also be made in a slow cooker.
