1 (10 oz) package Stove Top stuffing mix, any flavor
4 cooked chicken breasts (or 16 oz of canned chicken or turkey)
1 (10 oz) can cream of chicken soup
1 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp sour cream
2 eggs
1 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Make stuffing according to package directions.
2. Put half of the stuffing in bottom of an 8x11 baking pan, or equivalent size.
3. Shred or chop the chicken into 1 inch pieces and place over stuffing layer.
4. Mix soup, mayo and sour cream together and spread over the chicken.
5. Spread the remaining stuffing over the soup layer.
6. Beat the 2 eggs with the milk and pour over all.
7. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
**You can use chicken thighs in this recipe if you prefer dark meat.
