3 cans Del Monte whole green beans
1 can Leseur young peas
1 bell pepper (chopped)
2 small purple onions (chopped)
1 small jar chopped pimentos
4 stalks celery (chopped)
½ c Vegetable oil
1 c. sugar
¾ c. white vinegar
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Chop all veggies (not too small).

Drain green beans and peas. Add chopped pimento, green pepper, celery, and purple onions. In a small pan heat sugar and vinegar til sugar is dissolved. Let cool. Once cooled, add salt and oil. Mix well and pour over veggies. Let marinate in the refrigerator overnight. Drain before serving.

Personal Notes:
I drain the green beans and peas then add fresh water to the cans and drain again. This helps eliminate the can taste from the beans and peas.
