2 pkg 8 oz cream cheese
1 15 oz can of crushed pineapple (drained well)
1 medium red onion (diced)

Directions:
Let cream cheese soften. While cream cheese is softening, diced red onion and drain crushed pineapple. Be sure to squeeze out the excess juice or the cheese ball will be too wet.

Mix the cream cheese, pineapple and onion together. (There is no set amount for the red onion. It is all done to your preference.) Refrigerate.

This is my sister's favorite cheese ball. It is great on crackers. If you are a traditionalist, this cheese ball can be shaped and rolled in nuts.
