1 quart oysters (packed in sealed containers, drained, but reserve liquid)
1 stick (½ cup) butter, melted
1 cup soft bread crumbs
1 cup dry bread crumbs
½ cup oyster liquid
¼ cup cream
¼ tsp dried thyme
1½ tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Drain oysters, reserving liquid.
2. Hold back ¼ cup of dry crumbs.
3. Mix together all other ingredients and place in buttered baking dish.
4. Top with reserved dry crumbs. Dot with additional butter.
5. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
