2 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine
2/3 c. milk
dash of salt
1 1/2 squares bakers chocolate OR 4 T cocoa
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Add everything except vanilla to pan. Boil for 3 1/2 minutes. Take off stove and add vanilla. Beat with mixer until spreading consistency. Sets up fairly quickly, frosts a 9x13 pan or 3 dozen cupcakes.
