2 loaves bread dough
1/2 c. butter (or margarine), melted
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 (3 ¾ oz. pkg. butterscotch (or vanilla) pudding mix (regular, not instant)
1 tsp. ground cinnamon

Directions:
Thaw bread dough in refrigerator overnight. Quarter loaves lengthwise; cut
each quarter into 8 cubes (32 cubes per loaf). Combine dry pudding mix,
sugar and cinnamon. Dip each dough cube in melted butter (or margarine),
then roll in pudding mixture, or put dry ingredients into a gallon zipper bag and
shake dough balls after dipping in butter, much less messy! . Place in greased
Bundt pan (or a 9”X13” cake pan) in layers. Drizzle with any remaining butter
and sprinkle with any remaining pudding mixture. Cover; let rise in warm place
until nearly double (1-1 ¼ hours).Bake in 350º oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until done
Let stand in pan for 2 minutes before inverting onto a foil lined baking sheet to cool.
