1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1-1/2 c. flour
2 T. cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 c. mashed banana
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/3 c. chocolate chips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Combine flour, cocoa, soda, salt and cinnamon and sift together.
Add to butter mixture; blending well.
Stir in mashed banana, sour cream, walnuts and chocolate chips.
Spoon batter into 2 greased and floured 7-1/2 x 3 x 2 inch loaf pans.

Bake at 350º for 55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool for 10 minutes then remove from pans and cool completely before wrapping or bagging.
