1/2 cup white sugar
1 cup white Karo syrup
3 whole eggs
1 cup pecans
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 lump of soft butter

1 unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Beat slightly 3 eggs. Add sugar and syrup. Mix well and add salt, vanilla and pecans. Dot small pieces of butter over pie filling. Pour in unbaked pie shell. Bake in 400 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
