¾ cup butter
¼ cup solid vegetable oil
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
2½ cups rolled oats (ground like flour in food processor)
2 cups flour
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
5 oz. milk chocolate bar, grated

Directions:

Sift together all dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix together all wet ingredients and then combine with dry ingredients. Bake at 400º for 8-10 minutes.
