1 Can -8 ounces- tomato sauce
1 small chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Dash of cayenne pepper


2 large chicken breasts or 2 legs with thighs

Mix first 7 ingredients for sauce and put aside.

Wash chicken pat dry remove skin is you wish
Arrange chicken pieces in a greased or buttered shallow baking pan (I use cooking spray instead of butter)
Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for one hour
