pastry for 2 crust pie
1 lg. can of crushed pineapple, juice and all
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
2 T. flour
1 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and pour into large pie plate. This makes a 10" pie plus extra filling to bake in a small dish. Add top crust and make slits for venting. Bake 15-20 minutes at 425º before lowering temperature to 350º for 30 minutes or until filling is set. Test with a knife. The extra filling is baked for 30 minutes when the temperature is lowered.
