2-8 oz Cream Cheese, Softened...............................3 Squares White Bakers Chocolate
½ Cup Sugar..............................................................9" Chocolate Crumb Crust
½ tsp Vanilla Extract..................................................3 Tbsp Raspberry Preserves
2 Eggs........................................................................

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla, beat in eggs until well blended ,Stir in Melted chocolate. Pour into crust. Microwave preserves for a few seconds until melted. Dot top with preserves, then run a knife through to swirl. Bake at 350º for 35-40 minutes, until center is almost set. Refrigerate.
