3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
⅓ butter, divided
½ c flour
8 oz sliced mushrooms
¾ c marsala wine
½ c chicken stock
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
½ c shredded mozzarella
½ c parmesan cheese
2 green onions, sliced

Directions:
Preheat oven 450º. Lightly grease 13x9 pan.
Cook mushrooms in butter until brown.
Remove. Reserve drippings.
Slice chicken in half lengthwise. Flatten to ¼".
Dredge in flour. In same skillet, brown in butter.
Remove. Reserve drippings.
Add chicken breasts to pan, overlapping lightly.
Sprinkle mushrooms over meat.
To skillet, add wine, stock, salt & pepper.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat, & simmer uncovered.
Pour evenly over chicken.
Mix cheese & green onion, distribute over chicken.
Bake 15-20 minutes til cheese melts.
Serve over pasta.
