1 lb sirloin steak - 1 inch thick
1 [16 oz] package frozen oriental-style vegetables
2 packages beef-flavored ramen noodles
½ cup teriyaki sauce
1½ cups water

Directions:
Directions:
Cut beef across the grain into 1/8 inch strips. Coat large skillet or wok with cooking spray.
Stir fry steak strips over medium-high heat until no longer pink - about 3-4 minutes. Remove.
In same skillet, add water, teriyaki sauce and crumbled ramen noodles plus the content of the seasoning packet. Cover and cook over medium-high heat 4 to 5 minutes or until noodles soften.
Add frozen vegetables, cover and cook until vegetables are heated through and noodles are tender.
Stir in the cooked beef and heat thoroughly. Serve immediately
