5-6 apples, your choosing, peeled, cored and sliced
2 tsp. cinnamon
¾ c. butter or margarine
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. flour
dash salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º. Fill pie plate ¾ full with apple slices. Sprinkle cinnamon over apples. In saucepan, melt butter. Remove from heat. Add sugar and stir. Add egg, flour and salt. Mix well. Pour evenly over apples. Bake for 45 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
